How do I make a loan or credit card payment in online banking? Print

You can make payments for your credit card, auto loan, personal loan, home equity line of credit or energy loan in online banking using your Elevations account or an account at another financial institution.
- Make a payment with an Elevations account : Select “Pay With Elevations Account” under the Loans tab — or select “Pay” underneath the loan or credit card from the Accounts section of your online banking homepage. Pick which Elevations account you’d like to make the payment from, and choose whether you want to set up a one-time or recurring payment.
- Make a payment from an external account at another financial institution: Select “Pay With External Account” under the Loans tab. Follow the instructions to add and verify a new account. To verify the new external payment account, Elevations will make two micro-deposits into the account. It can take up to two business days for the deposits to show up in the account. Once they post, Elevations will remove the deposits. You will need to finish verifying the external account in online banking. After you’ve verified the external account, you can choose whether you’d like to set up a one-time or recurring payment.

Please visit the Elevations Loan Payment Center † to make a one-time payment with a debit card for your credit card, auto loan, personal loan, home equity line of credit, home equity loan or energy loan. Please allow two business days for your payment to be applied to your account after you submit it.
