Step 1: Create a Name Change Affidavit

Step 1: Visit The Official Website of the NSDL e-Gov portal.

Step 2: Search the Service tab Under You Find PAN Option, Click on it.

Step 3: Now, You can find the ‘Change/Correction in PAN Data’ heading, See the Apply Option and click on it.

Step 4: Now, You will be redirected to a new Tab and Need to fill out all the necessary details such as Application type, Category and Other details like Title, Last Name / Surname, First Name, Middle Name, Date of Birth / Incorporation / Formation, Email ID, Mobile Number, Citizenship (Indian or not) and PAN number. Step 5: After completing a registration, You will get a Token number on the registered email ID. After you will see the Continue with PAN Application form’, Click on It.

1st: Submit digitally through e-KYC & e-Sign (Paperless)

2ed: Submit scanned images through e-Sign

3rd: Forward application documents physically

Step 8: To continue, Enter your 12 digital Aadhar Card number

Step 9: After filling in the Aadhar Card number, Scroll Down to fill in the required details. Click On Next

Step 10: To continue, Enter a new address
