Medical/Pharmacy: Because of the pharmacy benefits manager change from OptumRx to Prime Therapeutics effective September 1, 2023, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas mailed new ID cards to all medical plan participants with coverage as of this date. It is important that you present your new ID card for all medical services and prescriptions on and after September 1, 2023. You will use the same card for medical and pharmacy benefits.
Dental: Aetna does not mail dental ID cards but will mail a welcome letter at the beginning of each plan year. You may print a physical card online by logging into your account at www.aetna.com.
Vision: ID cards are not required to use your VSP vision benefits, but you can print one by going to www.vsp.com and logging into your account. To find a doctor in network, go to www.vsp.com and click on ‘Find a Doctor’ (don’t log in). Enter your ZIP code and click the ‘Search’ button. A list of providers in your area will be displayed. Call a provider on the list and tell them you have VSP coverage.
New flex and HSA cards are only issued at initial enrollment and when they expire. If you need a replacement card, call First Financial Administrators at 866-853-3539 or log into your account at www.ffga.com.
